I am a trauma-informed spiritual director located near Columbia, SC. I offer online spiritual direction sessions, support groups, and Ignatian Retreats to help you journey inward and find your way back to your wild roots. For fellow space holders and healers, I also offer workshops, trainings, & apprenticeships.

Spiritual Direction Sessions
Spiritual direction is an ancient practice with roots in many spiritual traditions. In a nutshell, spiritual direction is a supportive, confidential relationship where a spiritual director comes alongside to companion someone on their spiritual journey.
Many who arrive in Spiritual Direction are deconstructing religion; carrying big questions about their spiritual beliefs, purpose in life, or identity and may walk with a spiritual limp after years of religious shame, church hurt, or trauma.

"Rooted"
Support Group
Rooted is an online support group & community space for those who are exploring their spirituality and searching for deeper connection outside of a church or religious setting.
We gather in Inner Roots Sanctuary via Zoom on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month at 8P ET for an hour of inward contemplation and outward connection.
This space is trauma informed, nonreligious, and 100% affirming.

Spiritual Direction Trainings
This Spiritual Direction Training & Apprenticeship program moves at a slow and sustainable pace over the course of two years so that it fits well inside of everyday life.
The training is rooted in contemplative spirituality and modern psychology; providing a holistic, trauma-informed approach to the art of spiritual direction that affirms and holds space for the full human experience.
